I had a pleasant stay at the Inn, with a clean, comfortable queen room that featured a cozy decor. The patio out back was a perfect spot for breakfast, allowing me to soak in the beautiful mountain views. The owner’s dedication to improving the property was evident in the room updates, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit.
The bathroom cleanliness could use some attention.

I loved the cozy patio at Santa Paula Inn, perfect for sipping coffee. The location is fantastic, right in downtown, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The queen room was spacious, and the bed felt comfortable after a long day. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bathroom had a strong paint smell because it had just been freshly painted, and the cleanliness could use more attention since the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned. Also, I wish there was more information available during check-in since no one was at the desk when I arrived. Overall, great vibes but some areas need a bit of TLC.

Charming and Clean Stay
I was so impressed with my stay! The simple yet cozy decor made my experience feel warm and welcoming. Everything was clean, and I loved the convenience of being just around the corner from downtown restaurants and shops. The patio was a nice touch for a morning coffee, but I wish the outside area had received more attention to enhance its potential.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The cozy patio was perfect for our morning coffee, and the location is great for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed our visits to the golf course and garden during our stay. The manager was super friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.
The only downside was the room lacking a closet, which made it a bit tricky to organize our clothes during our stay.

Centrally located, charming historic character, outdoor garden area
Inconsistent housekeeping could use some upgrades!!! Missing basic amenities like coffee makers should definitely be addressed!!! Some rooms had unpleasant odors which need immediate attention for future guests!!!

The vintage-style decor creates a charming atmosphere that's truly enjoyable, complemented by a breathtaking mountain view from the room. An unexpected delight was the cozy patio, perfect for morning coffee while soaking in the surroundings. However, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a downside. Additionally, some areas, like the outdoor space, need more attention to enhance the overall experience.
