Christine at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful. Loved the patio areas and that I could walk to dinner. Very nice vibe to the hotel. Oh, and I loved the little Traveler's Prayer. Will definitely return.

Checking in was a pleasure and delight, as Christine immediately made me feel welcome with her personal attention and conversation. The inn is lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. I wish I had found it years ago, as it is much more convenient to Thomas Aquinas College than Ojai. I am eager to return with my husband or on a ladies trip to enjoy another stay in Sta. Paula and partake of the many activities and festivals there. It is an excellent value for an inn of this quality.
I really could have used a step stool to help me get on the slightly high bed, but I managed all right. I would suggest a hot breakfast on weekends. Thank you

The patio out back was a perfect spot for breakfast, allowing me to soak in the beautiful mountain views. The owner's dedication to improving the hotel was evident in the room updates, and I appreciated the cute atmosphere throughout my visit.
The bathroom cleanliness could use some attention.

I was looking forward to nice breads etc at breakfast but it was very limited and quite dissapointing.

I loved the cozy patio at Santa Paula Inn, perfect for sipping coffee. The location is fantastic, right in downtown, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The queen room was spacious, and the bed felt comfortable after a long day. There were a couple of drawbacks. The bathroom had a strong paint smell because it had just been freshly painted, and the cleanliness could use more attention since the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned. I wish there was more information available during check-in since no one was at the desk when I arrived. Great vibes but some areas need a bit of TLC.

It was neat and quaint hotel. The staff were polite and incredibly nice lot of the time. The venue's location was ideal, just next door to resturants, Close to downtown shops, and Main Street stores and restaurants. Found Los Arcos 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there.

Charming and Clean Stay
I was so impressed with my stay! The simple yet cozy decor was nice. Everything was clean, and I loved the convenience of being just around the corner from downtown restaurants and shops. The patio was a nice touch for a morning coffee, but I wish the outside area had received more attention to enhance its potential.

The cozy patio was perfect for our morning coffee, and the location is great for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed our visits to the golf course and garden . The manager was super friendly and accommodating.
The only downside was the room lacking a closet, a bit tricky to organize our clothes .
